Dr. Edward Jacobson Healthy Living Scholarship

Greenwich Gynecology LLC is proud to announce the establishment of the Dr. Edward Jacobson Healthy Living Scholarship. Pursuant to this initiative, a financial grant in the amount of $500 will be awarded each year to a higher education student who demonstrates an extraordinary level of commitment to health and wellness on both a personal and a community-wide basis.

Submission Details: All applicants must submit no less than a 750-word essay which describes the applicant’s approach to healthy living and interest in fostering community wellness programming or awareness. (12-point, Times New Roman font preferred for formatting purposes) All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. This scholarship is offered to any student currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program.
