$500 Plum Goose Scholarship

Plum Goose is a prominent furniture and lighting store offering top of the line furniture, lighting, and home décor products. We have a huge selection of products for customers to choose from to decorate their home how they want and we pride ourselves on giving customers an easy way to find everything they need for their space.
At Plum Goose, we understand how costly paying for a higher education might be. To help with these costs, we are offering a $500 scholarship to students studying interior design or a related subject and who are attending an accredited college or university.

Application Deadline: May 31, 2019
Winner Announced: June 15, 2019

This $500 scholarship is being offered for students in interior design or related fields who are enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Today, there are more options than ever before when someone wants to redesign their space and make sure it fits with what they need. Interior designers often start with nothing and work to put together everything needed to create the perfect room or home.
Along these lines, applicants interested in applying for this scholarship should write a 1,000-word essay about how they would redesign their current living space, whether it’s a dorm, an apartment, or a home. What types of furniture or décor items might you need and why would you choose them? What colors would you use, and why?

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
You must be accepted into a college or university

• GPA must be at least 3.0
• You must be in good standing at your college or university
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Any class student may apply.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Submit an essay no longer than 1,000 words to scholarship@plumgoose.com
• We encourage personal stories and anecdotes to illustrate your points
• Your essay should include excellent grammar and show a thorough understanding of the topic

SELECTION PROCESS
All entries must be received by midnight ET May 31, 2019
The winner will be announced no later than June 15, 2019

The winner will need to provide proof of high school diploma or GED as well as proof of acceptance into a college or university
The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 14 days. If the winner does not respond, a new winner will be selected.
