Pinmart Contest for a Cause

CONTEST FOR A CAUSE
The objective of the PinMart Contest for a Cause is to recognize and reward one student who has made an extraordinary impact and contribution to a specific awareness cause.

How to Enter:
Entrants are to write an essay describing how they have made an extraordinary impact on a specific awareness cause. Then, during the entry period, fill out the registration form and submit it with all the other required information. If any information is incomplete the submission will not be eligible or considered. Limit one entry per entrant.

Submission Requirements:

• An essay of 700-1500 words describing entrant’s impact on a specific awareness cause.
• Most recent transcripts (unofficial transcripts are permitted, but unofficial “grade reports” are not.
• Two letters of recommendation. Including contact information.One from someone familiar with your awareness cause involvement.One from someone at your academic institution.

Proceed through the Application. Answer all questions according to current time. All questions with * must be completed to submit this application.

Essay Submission:
Applicants (you) must submit an essay of 700-1500 words, describing how you have brought awareness to a specific cause by honoring a loved one or because of your own unique experience, how you have succeeded to garner donations and/or have brought awareness to your specified cause. Creativity within your essay submission is highly encouraged.
Submissions should include details of your involvement as they relate to the specific awareness cause. For example: Why this cause and how did it affect you? How did you help raise awareness, raise funds, show support, lead a group, or contribute time?
