Modern Languages Undergraduate Study Abroad Scholarship

We invite you to apply for the Department of Modern Languages undergraduate scholarship for study abroad. Two awards will be given in the amount of $500 each. These awards are not tuition restricted, therefore, they may apply to fees associated with Study Abroad. Students applying for this application round should be enrolled, or soon-to be enrolled, through the Office of Study Abroad in a DePaul Modern Language Department long-term language-intensive program. For this award cycle, the program must return by June 13, 2020. It may take place in winter quarter, spring quarter or span the two. All students awarded will be vetted through the Study Abroad Office and Financial Aid prior to the award being processed. Preference for this award goes to students with financial need, and merit may also be considered. Students must be in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and registered as Modern Language majors or double majors.

Opportunities for funding will open, later in the year, for those students traveling over the summer or fall of 2020.
