The Treatment Specialist Scholarship

The Treatment Specialist is offering (1) annual scholarship in 2020 for the amount of $500 and (3) follow up winners that will receive $100 each.

Deadline:
Date: August 1st, 2020

Purpose:
To promote awareness about addiction and mental health conditions among students.

Who can apply:
Recipient is a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
A student studying in a senior high school, college or university is eligible to apply for this scholarship.
If you’re under 18, please take the consent of your parents or your legal guardians before applying.

Essay Requirements:
Minimum of 800 words and a maximum of 1000 words

Topic Choices:
How can you contribute to creating awareness and prevention of suicide among students at your school.
Share a personal story of recovery from an addiction and mental health condition that can inspire another student to seek help.
Outline a thoughtful guide for fellow students to help with depression and anxiety.

How to Enter:
Email your name, contact information, short bio, picture, institution, major and expected date of graduation/certification and completed essay in Word Doc to marissa@thetreatmentspecialist.com.

If you essay is chosen, your essay will be posted on the company website and shared among our social media network. The content will become property of The Treatment Specialist.
