Sustainability Scholarship

HOW DO YOU ENVISION THAT YOU WILL BE A CHANGE MAKER?
We believe that real changes in our environmental perspective come from grass-root individuals of the ‘next’ generation. We want to invest in these individuals. Our goal is to reinforce and motivate current and future students who will be ‘change-makers’ now and in the future, regardless of a chosen profession. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply below (we’ve made our application simple to encourage more applicants to apply). We currently have six $1,000 scholarships, that we will be giving away to six lucky applicants. The scholarship will be renewed every semester.

Here at Swedish Wholesale, our mission is to introduce eco-friendly and reusable products to replace the existing, wasteful habits that many consumers rely on. As part of our mission, we sponsor causes which promote sustainability and lasting changes in the daily habits of people. We hope our sustainability scholarship drives progress towards our overall mission by empowering grass-root activists, like you!

Eligibility
All applicants must be currently enrolled or enrolling, as a full-time student at an accredited college or university for the semester that they are applying to receive the scholarship.
All students (domestic, international, online, and undocumented) may apply for the Sustainability Scholarship
Open to All Areas of Study
It’s easy to think that that sustainability only applies to certain disciplines. However, we believe sustainability is a mindset for all future professionals, regardless of their exact career path.

Scholarship Details
Submission Deadline: April 22, 2020 (Earth Day)

Criteria
3.0 Minimum GPA to apply
Must be applying for college or currently enrolled in college
Open to all majors, but must have a passion for sustainability and environmentalism

Scholarship Selection
Applications must be submitted by April 22, 2020
The winner will be selected on May 6, 2020
A check for $1000.00 will be issued to the appropriate college or university for processing
