The Religious Studies Endowment in Honor of Reverend Bruce Vawter, C.M

Fr. Bruce Vawter was Chair of the Religious Studies Department at DePaul University from 1969 until 1986. The department created Rev. Bruce Vawter CM Scholarships to support the academic work of religious studies majors.

The available money will be distributed as tuition scholarship in fall, winter and spring.

Eligibility:
1) The student must have completed at least four religious studies courses.
2) The student must be a religious studies major with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 and a GPA in religious studies courses of at least 2.5. The student must have a high-level of financial need.
3) A student who receives a scholarship must complete the academic year in which the scholarship is awarded in good standing.
