The Rehab Store Beyond Disability Scholarship

The Rehab Store Beyond Disability Scholarship:
A scholarship of $1000 will be awarded to a deserving high school senior who plans to attend a vocational or academic college. The applicant may also be a student currently enrolled in college.

Requirements for The Rehab Store Beyond Disability Scholarship:
The applicant must be a current high school senior or a college student living with a documented disability. If the applicant is a high school student, then they should be planning to attend an undergraduate program in a 2 or 4 -year university/college or technical college in the Fall of the academic year following high-school graduation. The educational institution must be in the United States.
Enrollment status in school or college must be full-time or part-time.
How to Apply:
To apply for the Rehab Store Beyond Disability Scholarship, email the following to rehabscholarship@hpfystores.com by April 30th.

Personal information, including full name, date of birth, mailing address and phone number.
Proof of enrollment which can be an enrollment certificate or transcript of your most recent GPA (GPA does not affect the selection.)
Medical documentation to prove the disability.
An essay of minimum 500 words that speaks to your personal trials and triumphs in life related to your disability and how it has defined the person you are today.
Any supporting documents or letters of recommendations from teachers, mentors or advisers that you would like the selection committee to consider.
If all eligibility requirements are satisfied, the recipient will be selected on the basis of their essay and the supporting documentation. The selected recipient of the $1000 scholarship will be notified by email and featured on the Giving Day page on our website by May 15th.
