The Digital Project Manager Scholarship

As part of our mission to elevate the conversation around digital, we created The Digital Project Manager Scholarship to offer an opportunity to students with a passion for digital to receive $1000 towards their tuition and course materials.

We choose one winner per year, with a deadline on October 15th, 2019.

To get started, read the details below. When you’ve written your essay, you can submit to scholarships@thedigitalprojectmanager.com.

Eligibility
High school seniors, college students, or adults in continuing studies programs located anywhere in the world are welcome to apply.

Your specific major is not as important as your passion for the digital industry and willingness to engage in the topic. We welcome submissions from students focusing on Management or Digital subject areas. This includes majors Business Administration, Communications, IT, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, Digital Media, Digital Technology, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Web Technology, Digital Arts, or other business and digital studies.

Essay Requirements
In English, write an essay of no more than 1000 words addressing this topic:

The Biggest Challenge Facing Digital in 2019

What is the biggest challenge facing digital workers. Why?
Can it be overcome? Describe steps for overcoming it.
We welcome only original, non plagiarized essays. You may reference any studies, articles, books, websites, charts, images, or other resources that help you build your story, but make sure you link to your sources and give credit where due.

Application Requirements
Please submit your essay as an attachment (.odt, .doc, .docx) or Google doc link to scholarships@thedigitalprojectmanager.com.

Submit your essay by October 15th, 2019. The winner will be selected and notified by email by October 31, 2019.

Prize
A $1000 cheque mailed directly to your school. Depending on the essay, we may speak with you about publishing it as an article on our site and sharing with our global audience of digital leaders.
