- What is your anticipated graduation date?

- Briefly describe any experience you have had on an academic research project(s) and your familiarity with academic journals. Briefly explain the nature of the project(s) and what you were responsible for toward it's completion. (Upload a copy below if desired)
- Briefly describe your library skills and knowledge of literature reviews using the Depaul University Library website or Google Scholar.
- Briefly describe your professional plans for the future and what you hope to gain by earning a master's degree and by being a graduate assistant.
- Give a candid evaluation of yourself as a person; include those characteristics that you feel are your strengths and those that you feel are your weaknesses.
- Please list any computer experience you have, e.g. PCs, software packages, mainframe applications, etc.
- What work experience, internships, etc., do you have that would make you an asset as a graduate assistant?
