School of Hospitality & Sports Business Endowed Scholarship

The School of Hospitality Leadership Endowed Scholarship is open to all students enrolled as majors, minors, in the School of Hospitality & Sports Business. Graduate students in Hospitality & Sports Business are eligible so long as the student is NOT eligible for the DePaul Double Demon Discount (meaning that the student completed a previous degree at DePaul).

In addition to financial need (as determined by the FAFSA), included in the review process is also: consideration for cumulative GPA (2.5 or higher), student activity such as belonging to hospitality & sports business clubs or holding club leadership positions, or having full or part time jobs in the hospitality & sports industry.

Students may apply for any scholarship offered through the School; however, separate applications are needed for each award. Students may apply repetitively during each and every cycle unless stated otherwise. In order to be considered for a School of Hospitality Leadership & Sports Business you must complete the entire application as requested per the scholarship requirements.

To be considered for this scholarship you must:

• Demonstrate financial need (as determined by the FAFSA);
• Complete the application before the deadline;
• Submit a current resume;
• Upload an essay explaining how this scholarship will impact your education and your future goals in the industry. Be as
  specific, concise, and thoughtful as possible. Limit the essay to 1 single spaced, proofread page.

Please note, in order to be considered for the School of Hospitality Leadership Endowed Scholarship, you must complete all required fields of the online application. Applications must be completed and submitted online by 11:59:59 PM on the stated date below. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
