Craig Sirles Graduate English Scholarship

Awarded to graduate students in Masters of Writing and Publishing, the MFA in English, or the Masters in Literature and Publishing. The student must be in good standing.

The award is open to full-time and part-time graduate students. The student is responsible for knowing if and how the award will impact their financial aid disbursements and should work with Student Accounts if there are any questions. Some university awards may not be offered in conjunction with the Sirles. The amount of the award is $9096, which will be split evenly amongst the three academic quarters. If the student fails to meet the criteria in one of these quarters, the award will be forfeited and may not be reapplied in another quarter. If a student opts not to enroll in a quarter the award for that quarter will be forfeited and not applied in a different quarter. The student must be considered at least part-time. This award may not be applied in the summer.
