Greer Foundation Scholarship
The Greer Scholarship program is funded by The Greer Foundation and DePaul University in order to provide recognition and financial assistance to undergraduate students pursuing a STEM related major who are in good academic standing. Preference to underrepresented populations.
Recipients must meet all of the following criteria:
- Must have a strong commitment and interest in DePaul University’s STEM academic programs and seeking a career in the STEM fields.
- Admitted as an Incoming Freshman for Autumn Quarter 2025.
- Demonstrate financial need by having a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (2025-26 FAFSA) sent to DePaul University
- Completion of this application acknowledging the terms and conditions and requirements of the Greer Scholarship.
In an effort to provide support to our students at DePaul University, the Office of Multicultural Student Success is committed to providing academic assistance through our Scholarship Status Letters. This consists of the monitoring of your progress at each midterm period and at the end of each quarter along with one-on-one-advisory check-ins.
If you are awarded any of these scholarships, the Office of Multicultural Student Success may request information from your professors regarding your academic progress.
In addition, by completing the application for this scholarship, you are authorizing the Office of Multicultural Student Success and the scholarship foundations to review your financial and academic records to assess your application.

- 1) I accept to be considered for the opportunity to become a Greer scholar through the Office of Multicultural Student Success (OMSS) Scholarship Program. I understand that by accepting, I agree to commit myself to the OMSS mission and will fulfill all requirements that would enable me to keep my scholarship in good standing terms.
