Grace School of Applied Diplomacy Study Abroad Scholarship

Majors capped at $3,000/ Minors capped at $1,500

The Grace School of Applied Diplomacy (DPL) invites you to apply for the Study Abroad scholarship. Awards are available to DPL majors, double majors, minors and graduate students. Preference is given to those who are not currently benefiting from a full tuition scholarship or another scholarship for this endeavor. Students must have also completed core DPL coursework or at least one core DPL class within the past three quarters. If a student is newly enrolled in the DPL program, current DPL course enrollment can also count towards this scholarship’s eligibility. These scholarship funds are for tuition and fees associated with Study Abroad. All students awarded will be vetted through the Study Abroad Office and Financial Aid prior to the award being processed. Preference for this award goes to students with financial need, students that have not received this scholarship, and merit may also be considered. There will be multiple awards given throughout the year. The scholarship is currently open for study abroad/away pre-travel courses or travel taking place in Academic Year 2025/2026 and students may not apply after the study abroad trip. The award will be opened again for the following year.

Note: In addition, please note that this scholarship is intended to reimburse a student’s study abroad expenses. Please email applieddiplomacy@depaul.edu if you have any additional questions.

The scholarship will not post until after the add/drop date in the term the student is traveling.
If you have any questions, please contact applieddiplomacy@depaul.edu.
