NFBPA Chicago 2025 Scholarship

As part of our Marks of Excellence scholarship initiative, we are honored to award five (5) exceptional students with a $1,000 scholarship in recognition of their academic achievements, leadership, and commitment to public service.

Scholarship Requirements:

Scholarship Application Submission (Found in Scholarship Package)

Copy of unofficial transcript

One letter of recommendation: From Employer, Instructor/Professor

600 Word Essay (Rubric Found in Scholarship Package)
Essay Evaluation Criteria:
• Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in public administration, urban affairs, public policy, political science, or a related field
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Strong writing, grammar, substance, etc.
• Adequate Display of Community Service
• Cannot be directly related to any NFBPA Board members
