That’s why we created the ROI CX Act Now Scholarship — to invest in the future of customer care. We award this scholarship twice a year to college and university undergraduates who demonstrate a commitment to improving customer experiences and to their education.

By supporting the next generation of professionals in any field of study, we hope to cultivate leaders who will elevate the standards of customer service and contribute positively to the industries they choose.

All college and university undergraduate students currently enrolled in an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university

Application Process
To apply, students must submit a brief video of three minutes or less responding to the topic below to scholarship@365roi.com. Be sure to include your:

First and last name
College or university name
Phone number
Proof of enrollment
Official enrollment verification can typically be obtained through the registrar’s office and emailed to scholarship@365roi.com.

Essay Topic
“What does responsible AI look like in the role of customer interactions? How should companies ensure fairness, transparency, and privacy when deploying advanced AI tools?”
