CSBG Scholarship
CEDA’s CSBG Scholarship Program helps Suburban Cook County residents pursue higher education by providing financial support that reduces the burden of tuition fees.
Program Benefits
- Scholarship awards of up to $5000 per student for the Fall 2026 Semester
- Awards can be applied to accredited colleges and universities nation-wide
- Funding supports tuition and allowable fees and is designed to reduce financial barriers to higher education
Who Can Apply
You may qualify if you:
- Live in Suburban Cook County
- Have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Can provide a valid government-issued photo ID
- Submit a completed 2026 CSBG Scholarship Scholarship Application
- Are enrolled (or will be enrolled) in a US accredited college or university for an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program by September 15, 2026
- Each program has additional eligibility requirements, that are reviewed during the application and intake process
How to Apply
- Download the 2026 CSBG Scholarship application from cedaorg.net
- Submit the completed application along with all required documents by mail or hand delivery no later than June 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM to:
