CSBG Scholarship

CEDA’s CSBG Scholarship Program helps Suburban Cook County residents pursue higher education by providing financial support that reduces the burden of tuition fees.

Program Benefits

  • Scholarship awards of up to $5000 per student for the Fall 2026 Semester
  • Awards can be applied to accredited colleges and universities nation-wide
  • Funding supports tuition and allowable fees and is designed to reduce financial barriers to higher education

Who Can Apply
You may qualify if you:

  • Live in Suburban Cook County
  • Have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
  • Can provide a valid government-issued photo ID
  • Submit a completed 2026 CSBG Scholarship Scholarship Application
  • Are enrolled (or will be enrolled) in a US accredited college or university for an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program by September 15, 2026
  • Each program has additional eligibility requirements, that are reviewed during the application and intake process

How to Apply

  • Download the 2026 CSBG Scholarship application from cedaorg.net
  • Submit the completed application along with all required documents by mail or hand delivery no later than June 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM to:
