Grace School of Applied Diplomacy Study Abroad Scholarship

Majors capped at $3,000/ Minors capped at $1,500

The Grace School of Applied Diplomacy (DPL) invites you to apply for the Study Abroad scholarship. Awards are available to DPL majors, double majors, minors and graduate students. Preference is given to those who are not currently benefiting from a full tuition scholarship or another scholarship for this endeavor. Students must have also completed core DPL coursework or at least one core DPL class within the past three quarters. If a student is newly enrolled in the DPL program, current DPL course enrollment can also count towards this scholarship’s eligibility. These scholarship funds are for tuition and fees associated with Study Abroad. All students awarded will be vetted through the Study Abroad Office and Financial Aid prior to the award being processed. Preference for this award goes to students with financial need, students that have not received this scholarship. Student’s merit may also be considered. Students may not apply after the study abroad trip takes place. Awards will not be disbursed until students are enrolled in a pre-travel class or trip. The award will be opened again for the following year.

Summer (SUMM) 2027 (Short-term only) – associated with a SQ 26.

Note: This scholarship is issued through financial aid and is intended to assist with a student’s study abroad tuition, fees and expenses. However, the scholarship will apply to the overall tuition bill and specifics related to how it impacts the student’s package should be directed to Student Accounts once the funding is applied.

The scholarship will not post until after the add/drop date in the term the student is traveling.
